2024 Golden Ticket Event Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE EVENT.

EVENT PERIOD:

The Carved Golden Ticket Event (the “Event”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 9, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 24, 2024 (the “Event Period”). One winner will be randomly selected each day from the previous day’s entries, for a total of 16 prizes. Winners from Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the period will be chosen on the following Monday.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Event is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Event is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Carved, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective household members) are not eligible to participate or win a prize in the Event. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Event.

HOW TO ENTER:

There are 2 ways to enter:

To Enter by Placing an Order: Place an order on Carved.com during the Event Period to receive one (1) entry into the daily drawing.
To Enter by Mail Without Purchase: Hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, a random 8 digit number, and a valid email address on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper, and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to:

Each mailed entry must be received by the applicable date to be eligible for that day’s drawing. You may submit multiple mail entries, but each entry must be mailed separately in a stamped envelope.

EVENT DRAWINGS AND WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Each day during the Event Period, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the previous day’s entry period. Winning Entries from Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be chosen on the following Monday. A total of 16 winners will be selected during the Event Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each day.

Winners will be mailed their random ticket within 2 business days from being chosen. The random ticket will be mailed to the same address as their winning order number or the mailed entry address.

EVENT PRIZES:

The prizes for the Event are as follows:

1 x Golden Ticket: $1,000 cash prize
5 x Silver Tickets: $500 Carved gift card
10 x Bronze Tickets: $200 Carved gift card

Each prize will be awarded to a randomly selected entrant on the corresponding day during the Event Period.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Prizes are awarded "as is" and are non-transferable. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise fail to comply with these rules will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

PUBLICITY:

By accepting a prize, each winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

DISPUTES:

Except where prohibited, any disputes arising from or relating to this Event shall be resolved individually and without resort to any form of class action. All issues concerning the construction, validity, and enforcement of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the state of Indiana.

PRIVACY:

Personal information collected in connection with the Event will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available on carved.com/privacy
